CLIME senior fellow Khairi Abaza spoke on a panel on Egypt entitled "Between Democratic Reforms and Authoritarian rule". The panel discussion took place in Berlin. Khairi discussed the latest developments in Egyptian politics and reiterated the need for reforms as an agent of stability in Egypt, as well as more transatlantic cooperation in democracy promotion in the MENA region.
